Full job description
Join a team that values your hard work, reliability, and attention to detail! This seasonal position will support landscape maintenance and installation projects, working outdoors with skilled teammates to deliver high-quality results.
Important Note
Seasonal, full-time position from March 8 through November 13. This is a temporary position for the 2026 landscaping season. Applicants must be available to work the full season.
Responsibilities
- Perform landscape maintenance: mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, blowing, and seasonal cleanups
- Assist with landscape and irrigation installation: planting, mulching, sodding/seeding, basic hardscape preparation, and sprinkler/irrigation system installation
- Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely (mowers, trimmers, blowers, edgers, skid steers, mini-excavators, trenchers)
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, professional job site
- Work efficiently with your crew to ensure daily tasks are completed on time and to company standards
- Lift/carry up to 100 pounds
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 months of professional landscaping experience
- Team-oriented, reliable, and ready to take direction
Housing & Transportation
- Shared seasonal housing available for single employees only; family members cannot stay in employer-provided housing
- Rent: $105/week, utilities included
- Employees may also make their own housing arrangements at their own expense
- Transportation provided from a central location (Company Shop) to multiple job sites
